Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice the Pita bread into strips or wedges and place on a baking tray.
2. Mix the Garlic butter with some herbs, water and salt and pepper to taste. Spread the garlic butter mixture over the pita wedges.
3. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
4. In a large bowl, combine the Gyros, Tomatoes, Rocket leaves and oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. To serve, fill each Pita wedge with a generous portion of the Gyros mixture.
