Potato and Carrot Pancakes

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Peel and grate the potatoes and carrots.

2. Place the grated vegetables in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, carrots, diced onion, and minced meat.

4. Add the all-purpose flour and eggs to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.

6. Spoon the pancake mixture into the pan, forming small pancakes. Flatten them slightly with the back of a spoon.

7. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

8. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove any excess oil.

9. Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream or your favorite sauce.
