1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast until golden brown. Set aside.

3. In the same pan, fry the bacon until crispy. Set aside.

4. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.

5. In a saucepan, melt butter and add flour. Stir well to form a roux.

6. Gradually add milk while stirring until the sauce thickens.

7. Add cheddar cheese and let it melt. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.

8. Add the cooked chicken breast, bacon, pasta, and tuna to the sauce. Mix well.

9. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
