Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the potatoes in it until tender.

2. Season the pork loin chops with salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chops on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.

3. In a separate pan, sauté the onions and garlic in some oil until soft.

4. Add the diced tomatoes and broccoli and sauté for another 5 minutes.

5. Add the peanut butter and stir well until melted and creamy sauce forms.

6. Drain the cooked potatoes and add them to the pan with the pork loin chops. Mix everything well and heat for another 2-3 minutes.

7. Serve the dish hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
