Pork Belly Curry Rice

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add oil.

2. Once the oil is hot, add onions and cook until soft.

3. Add pork belly to the pot and cook until lightly browned.

4. Add scallops and cook for 2 minutes.

5. Stir in curry paste, sriracha sauce, bamboo shoots, seaweed, salt, pepper and herbs. Cook for 3 minutes.

6. Add rice to the pot and stir to combine. Pour in enough water to cover the rice and bring to a boil.

7. Reduce heat to low and cover the pot with a lid. Simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is cooked through.
