Carrot Orange Salad with Raclette Cheese and Sauce Hollandaise

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F.

2. Chop the carrots into cubes and place them on a baking sheet.

3. Drizzle the carrots with oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste.

4. Bake the carrots for 25 minutes until slightly softened.

5. While the carrots are baking, prepare the salad by combining lettuce, Raclette cheese, Plummouse, and orange slices in a bowl.

6. In a separate bowl, whisk together mustard and lemon juice. Slowly add in the oil while whisking to create an emulsion.

7. Add the emulsion to the salad and toss to combine.

8. When the carrots are finished baking, add them to the salad and toss to combine.

9. Divide the salad among four plates. Drizzle each salad with Sauce Hollandaise and parmesan cheese.

10. Top each salad off with a dollop of whipped cream.
