Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.

3. Meanwhile, cut the meat into small pieces and thinly slice the spring onions.

4. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the pan and set aside.

5. In the same pan, fry the meat until cooked through.

6. Add the spring onions and fry for another 2 minutes.

7. Return the fried potatoes to the pan and mix everything well.
