Creamy Garlic Chicken

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, allspice, dried oregano, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper.

2. Dredge the boneless chicken breasts in the flour mixture to coat both sides.

3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

4. Add the cloves of garlic and sauté until fragrant.

5. Place the coated chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

7. In the same skillet, add 2% low-fat milk and stir well to combine with the remaining butter and garlic.

8. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.

9. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy garlic sauce.

10. Cook for another minute or two to heat everything through.

11. Serve hot with your choice of side dish.
