Coffee Rice with Bell Peppers

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add garlic and bell peppers and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add rice and stir until combined.

4. Pour in water, coffee, milk, fish sauce, herbs, salt and pepper.

5. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until rice is cooked through.

6. Serve warm.
