1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. 2. In a large oven-safe pot, heat some oil over medium-high heat.

3. 3. Sear the beef tenderloin on all sides until browned, then remove from the pot and set aside.

4. 4. Add the onion, celery, carrots, and garlic paste to the pot. Cook until vegetables are softened.

5. 5. Stir in the button mushrooms, chili paste, and fresh thyme.

6. 6. Pour in the burgundy wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.

7. 7. Add the baked beans to the pot and mix well.

8. 8. Place the seared beef tenderloin on top of the bean mixture.

9. 9. Cover the pot with a lid or foil and transfer to the preheated oven.

10. 10. Bake for about 1.5-2 hours or until the beef is tender and cooked to your liking.
