Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. 1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions. Set aside.

2. 2. In a skillet, cook boneless skinless chicken breasts until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.

3. 3. In the same skillet, sauté brussels sprouts until they are crispy and tender.

4. 4. Add the cooked brown rice and sliced chicken back to the skillet. Mix well.
