A delicious dish made with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and chicken breasts.
Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat some oil in a pan and brown the chicken breasts on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Cut the scallions into rings.
4. In the same pan, heat some more oil and sauté the chopped garlic until fragrant.
5. Add the mushrooms and cook until soft. Then add the scallions and sauté briefly.
6. Quarter the tomatoes and add them to the pan along with the mozzarella. Mix everything well and let it simmer for 5 minutes until the mozzarella melts.
7. Place the browned chicken breasts back into the pan and let it simmer for another 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
