Pan-Fried Tofu with Egg Noodles

A delicious and healthy main dish featuring extra firm tofu, egg noodles, and vegetables.

Pan-Fried Tofu with Egg Noodles

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Cut the extra firm tofu into cubes.

2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.

3. Heat a pan and add vegetable oil.

4. Add the tofu to the hot pan and fry until golden brown. Set aside.

5. In the same pan, sauté the chopped garlic until fragrant.

6. Add the vegetable stock, water, and baking soda to the pan and bring to a boil.

7. Add the drained egg noodles and simmer until they are soft.

8. Return the fried tofu to the pan and mix well.

9. Slice the English cucumber and place it on top of the egg noodles.

10. Pour ketchup sauce over the egg noodles and mix well.

11. Sprinkle with paprika and optionally top with shredded American cheese.

12. Fry large eggs in a separate pan and place them on top of the egg noodles.

13. Season with freshly ground black pepper.

14. Serve the dish hot and enjoy!
