Pineapple Porridge with Tofu & Cheese

Pineapple Porridge with Tofu & Cheese

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. In a large pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onions and cook until they become soft and translucent (about 5 minutes).

3. Add the tofu and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Stir in the porridge, pineapple, bananas and herbs. Cook for another 5 minutes.

5. Add the cheese, salt, pepper and maple syrup. Stir to combine.

6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until all of the ingredients are cooked through.

7. Serve hot.
