Basil and Mint Pasta

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

3. Add creme fraiche to the pan and stir until heated through.

4. Chop fresh basil and mint leaves and add them to the pan. Stir well.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss until well coated with the sauce.

7. Serve hot and garnish with additional fresh basil and mint leaves.
