A delicious chocolate cake with bananas and coconut cream.
Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Grease a cake pan and dust with flour.
3. Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl with a fork.
4. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler.
5. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
6. Add the melted chocolate, mashed bananas, coconut oil, and apple juice to the dry ingredients. Mix well to combine.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake the cake for about 40-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before removing it from the pan.
10. Garnish with coconut cream and serve.
