Greek Yogurt Noodle Casserole

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).

2. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large pan, sauté the mixed vegetables in some olive oil until tender. Set aside.

4. In a bowl, season the Greek yogurt with salt, pepper, and other spices to taste.

5. Add the cooked noodles, sautéed vegetables, and half of the cheddar cheese to the yogurt mixture. Mix well.

6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.

7. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
