Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
2. Stir in 1 cup of couscous and remove from heat.
3. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
4. Fluff the couscous with a fork.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
6. Pour the dressing over the couscous and toss to combine.
7. Serve warm or chilled.
