1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the beef tenderloin steaks until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.

2. 2. In the same skillet, add the smoked sausage and cook until slightly browned. Add in the fresh onion, yellow bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.

3. 3. Stir in the instant rice and enough water to cook according to package instructions. Cover and simmer until rice is cooked through.
