Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped chorizo and cook until browned and crispy.

3. Add the sweet pepper to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until softened.

4. Add the canned chopped tomatoes, plum tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, and green chilies to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

5. Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices. Simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

6. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce.
