Cajun Chicken Quesadillas

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. 1. Season boneless chicken breast with cajun seasoning.

2. 2. Cook the chicken in a skillet until fully cooked. Once done, shred the chicken into small pieces.

3. 3. In the same skillet, sauté finely chopped onion until translucent.

4. 4. Add chunky salsa to the skillet and mix well with the onions.

5. 5. Place a flour tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on one half of the tortilla.

6. 6. Add some of the shredded Cajun chicken on top of the cheese, then spoon some of the salsa mixture over the chicken.

7. 7. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.

8. 8. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place the folded tortilla in the skillet, cooking until both sides are crispy and golden brown.

9. 9. Remove from heat, let it cool for a minute, then slice into wedges for serving.
