A flavorful and spicy Indian curry made with chickpeas and aromatic spices

1. 1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat
2. 2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until fragrant
3. 3. Stir in tomatoes, chickpeas, and spices. Cook for 10 minutes
