2. 2. Cook the white rice and egg noodles according to package instructions. Set aside.

3. 3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and boneless chicken breast until browned.

4. 4. Add carrots to the skillet and cook until slightly tender.

5. 5. Stir in condensed cream of mushroom soup, 2% low-fat milk, and heavy whipping cream. Bring to a simmer.

6. 6. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese and light sour cream together.
