3. 3. In a large skillet, cook the boneless chicken breast until fully cooked. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

5. 5. In a separate bowl, mix together 2% low-fat milk, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, and ranch dressing mix to create a creamy sauce.
