Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Prepare the filling by combining ground pork, cabbage, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.

2. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half, pressing to seal.

3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the dumplings in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.

4. Pour water into the pan until it reaches halfway up the sides of the dumplings. Cover and steam until the water has evaporated and the dumplings are cooked through.

5. Remove the lid and let the dumplings crisp up again. Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
