Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.

3. 3. Place the butternut squash halves on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 45-50 minutes until tender.

4. 4. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned. Add diced orange bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and broccolini. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
