Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the chorizo slices.

2. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the chorizo is browned and crispy.

3. Remove the chorizo from the pan and set aside.

4. In the same pan, add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.

5. Add bell pepper, paprika, cumin, oregano, and chili powder. Stir well.

6. Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

7. Return the cooked chorizo to the pan and stir to combine with the sauce.

8. Simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

9. Serve hot with rice or crusty bread.
