Baked Tofu with Vegetables

A delicious vegetarian dish with baked tofu and vegetables.

Baked Tofu with Vegetables

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Cut the tofu into cubes and place it in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the tofu evenly.

3. Heat a pan with some oil and fry the tofu until golden brown. Set aside the fried tofu.

4. Chop the vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, onion, garlic, capsicum, and cabbage) into small pieces.

5. In the same pan, sauté the vegetables until lightly browned. Add the baked tofu to the vegetables and mix well.

6. Make a sauce using soy sauce, honey, and ginger. Pour it over the vegetables and tofu and stir well.

7. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

8. Serve the baked tofu with vegetables. It goes well with rice or pasta.
