Stuffed Bell Peppers with Hummus and Chicken

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

3. 3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Add cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, and chopped fresh parsley. Cook until fragrant.

4. 4. In a separate skillet, cook the boneless chicken until fully cooked. Season with black pepper and lemon juice.

5. 5. Mix the cooked ground beef and chicken together in a bowl.

6. 6. Stuff each bell pepper with the meat mixture.

7. 7. Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
