Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until soft and translucent.

3. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard powder. Stir well to combine.

4. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

6. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

7. Pour the blended mixture back into the saucepan and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

8. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.

9. Transfer the ketchup to sterilized jars or bottles and refrigerate before using.
