Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Season the pork loin roast with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Place it in a baking dish.

3. Slice the apples and bell pepper. Layer them on top of the pork loin roast.

4. In a bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, applesauce, and black beans. Pour this mixture over the pork and apple slices.

5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.

6. Meanwhile, peel and slice the baking potatoes. Boil them until tender, then mash them with milk and butter to make mashed potatoes.

7. After 1 hour, remove the foil from the baking dish. Top the casserole with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.

8. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Serve hot and enjoy!
