Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Peel and dice the butternut squash into small cubes.

3. In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash cubes with olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until well coated.

4. Spread the seasoned butternut squash cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the squash is tender and slightly caramelized.
