Vegetable Noodle Frittata

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the noodles.

2. Slice the cucumber, zucchini, and Camembert cheese into thin slices.

3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and sauté the cucumber and zucchini slices for about 5 minutes.

4. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the Camembert cheese slices to the pan and let them melt.

5. In a separate bowl, crack 2 eggs and whisk them together with salt and pepper.

6. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and add them to the pan with the vegetables and cheese.

7. Pour the egg mixture over the noodles and stir everything together until it is evenly distributed.

8. Add herbs to taste.

9. Let the dish cook for another 5 minutes or until the egg is cooked.
