4. 4. Stuff the eggplant shells with the mixture.

5. 5. Place the stuffed eggplants in a baking dish.

6. 6. In a saucepan, combine boiling water, boiling onions, and berries to make a berry sauce.

7. 7. Pour the berry sauce over the stuffed eggplants in the baking dish.

8. 8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
