Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).

2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

3. In a large skillet, melt butter and add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.

4. Add the beef and cook until browned. Add the cooked shrimp and sauté briefly.

5. Add the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, beef broth, soy sauce, lemon pepper seasoning, seasoning salt, and garlic salt to the skillet. Mix well and bring to a boil.

6. Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.

7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
