Pan-Seared Chicken Breast with Sweet Potatoes

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Wash and pat dry the chicken breast. Season with salt and black pepper.

2. Heat some oil in a pan and cook the chicken breast until golden brown on both sides, until cooked through. Set aside.

3. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes. Finely chop the onion.

4. Melt some butter in another pan and sauté the chopped garlic until fragrant.

5. Add the sweet potatoes and onions, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft.

6. Drain the corn and add it to the sweet potatoes. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

7. Slice the pan-seared chicken breast and serve it with the sweet potatoes.
