Beer Chocolate Goulash

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat a large pan and brown the meat until it is browned.

3. Add onions and garlic and continue cooking until they are soft.

4. Add the beer and broth to the meat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer the goulash for 2 hours.

5. Break the dark chocolate into pieces and add it to the goulash. Stir well to melt the chocolate and distribute evenly.

6. Season the goulash with salt and pepper. Optional garnish with fresh parsley.

7. Serve the beer chocolate goulash hot with your choice of side dishes, such as potatoes or noodles.
