A hearty and cheesy pasta bake with tender steak pieces

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. Cook the bow-tie pasta according to package instructions.

3. 3. In a skillet, cook the top round steak until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let it rest.

4. 4. In the same skillet, sauté chopped garlic and sliced carrots until tender. Add diced sweet potatoes and cook until slightly softened.

5. 5. Add 1% milk, all-purpose flour, nutritional yeast, fine salt, and crushed red pepper to the skillet. Stir until thickened.

6. 6. Stir in shredded colby cheese and mozzarella until melted and well combined.

7. 7. Add the cooked pasta and steak pieces to the cheese sauce mixture. Mix well.

8. 8. Transfer everything to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
