Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Wash and dice potatoes into cubes.

3. Toss potatoes in olive oil and spread evenly on baking sheet.

4. Bake potatoes for 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, wash and chop kale into bite-sized pieces.

6. When potatoes are done baking, remove from oven and add kale to baking sheet.

7. Sprinkle sesame seeds over potatoes and kale.

8. Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes until kale is crisp.
