A delicious and healthy dish made with pork and quinoa.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Slice the pork into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
2. Remove the seeds from the red bell pepper and slice it into thin strips.
3. Slice the scallions into fine rings.
4. Slice the mushrooms.
5. Separate the broccoli florets.
6. Rinse the bean sprouts and let them drain.
7. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork until cooked through. Set aside.
8. In the same pan, stir-fry the vegetables (bell pepper, scallions, mushrooms, broccoli) until crispy.
9. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
10. Add the cooked quinoa and mix everything well.
11. Season with soy sauce and heat briefly again.
12. Divide the dish onto plates and garnish with fresh scallions.
