1. Muddle 2 sliced apricots in a shaker.

2. Add 1 oz Amaretto, 1 oz Brandy, and 1 oz Pineapple juice to the shaker.

3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.

4. Strain the mixture into a glass.

5. Top off the glass with Champagne.

6. Garnish with a cherry and enjoy!
