A delicious meat and pickle sandwich with melted Swiss cheese and sautéed onions.

Meat and Pickle Sandwich with Swiss Cheese

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Slice the meat into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the meat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

3. Thinly slice the pickling cucumbers into rounds.

4. In the same skillet, add a drizzle of oil and sauté the diced onion until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

5. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

6. To assemble the sandwich, place a layer of Swiss cheese on one slice of bread, then add a layer of sliced pickling cucumbers on top.

7. Add a generous portion of the cooked meat on top of the cucumbers, then add a layer of sautéed onions.

8. Place another layer of Swiss cheese on top of the onions, then top with the second slice of bread.

9. Place the sandwich on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
