Delicious and cheesy stuffed peppers with ground turkey and a variety of cheeses

2. 2. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
3. 3. In a skillet, cook ground turkey until browned. Add minced garlic, diced green bell pepper, corn, pickled jalapenos, and banana peppers. Cook until vegetables are soft.

5. 5. Cut the tops off the green bell peppers and remove the seeds. Fill each pepper with the turkey mixture.
