Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Grease a springform pan and set aside.

3. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and eggs to make the crust.

4. Press the crust evenly into the prepared springform pan.

5. Pit and halve the apricots. Peel and slice the mango.

6. Arrange the apricot and mango slices on top of the crust.

7. Spread apricot jam evenly over the fruit.

8. Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.

9. Allow the cake to cool, then drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
