Spicy Tomato Chicken Noodles

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. While the noodles are cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onion and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

3. Add boneless chicken breast to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.

4. Add canned chopped tomatoes to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.

5. Divide the cooked noodles onto plates or bowls, spoon the chicken mixture over the noodles, garnish with fresh herbs (optional) and serve.
