1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. 2. In a large skillet, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. 3. Add the condensed cream of mushroom soup, stewed tomatoes, pinto beans, and seasoning salt to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. 4. Cook the spaghetti and elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
