Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.

3. 3. Cut the chicken breast tenders into bite-sized pieces.

4. 4. In a bowl, mix together the 2% low-fat milk and catsup.

5. 5. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a baking dish.

6. 6. Add a layer of chicken breast pieces on top of the potatoes.

7. 7. Spread half of the mixed vegetables over the chicken.

8. 8. Pour half of the milk and catsup mixture over the vegetables.

9. 9. Repeat the layers starting with the remaining potatoes, then chicken, mixed vegetables, and finish with the milk and catsup mixture.

10. 10. Slice fresh tomatoes and arrange them on top of the casserole.

11. 11. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes until the potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through.
