Potato Pancakes

Delicious potato pancakes made with all-purpose flour, milk, potatoes, eggs, carrots, diced onion, and mincemeat.

Potato Pancakes

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Peel and grate the potatoes.

2. Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

3. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, diced onion, shredded carrots, all-purpose flour, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter.

5. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the potato mixture onto the skillet and flatten it with a spatula.

6. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

7. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

8. Repeat with the remaining potato mixture until all pancakes are cooked.

9. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or sour cream.
