Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes from the inside.

3. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook until onions are translucent.

4. Stir in cooked rice, black beans, corn, salsa, and half of the shredded cheese.

5. Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.

6. Top each bell pepper with the remaining shredded cheese.

7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.

8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Serve hot and enjoy!
