Chicken and Spinach Pasta

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the red onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the spinach leaves and cook until wilted.

4. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up.

5. Slice the cooked chicken into strips and add it back to the skillet with the spinach and onion. Stir in the cooked pasta.

6. Divide the pasta mixture among plates. Top each serving with a fried egg and sliced avocado.

7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
